QUETHA will send the products to the distribution warehouse from where their final destination will be the address determined by the buyer. Each time an order is going to be sent the buyer will receive an email.
Transport costs will be met by the buyer.
The purchase order for each order will be available at quetha.com as soon as payment is confirmed and can be viewed using the “My Orders” link once the email has been sent. This original purchase order includes transport costs and VAT.
Fluxa.com will ask its customers to choose place of delivery and they must specify the residence, office or centre where they want the product delivered to. Delivery leadtime varies from 4 to 5 working days.
Quetha.com will send the customer an email to advise that the product has left the distribution warehouse.
Each delivery will be considered complete once the product has been handed over to the customer by the courier and shall be verifiable using the courier’s tracking system. It is the customer’s duty to check the order at the moment of delivery when any reservations or seemingly justifiable claims should be made and may even reject the parcel in the event that it has been opened or shows obvious signs of damage.
